MM/EC has been actively involved with a national math transitions research project that includes five of the middle/early colleges within the Middle College National Consortium. Building on David T. Conley's College Knowledge thesis, this math action research project focuses on improving the successful academic coherency between high school senior year math courses and college freshman year math courses.
