Staff Development
From its inception, MM/EC used solid educational
research to develop its own philosophy for teaching and
learning. This philosophy is a guidance-based
approach to education. MM/EC utilizes the work of many
outstanding seasoned educators and professionals across
the country to implement a guidance based philosophy and
a solid educational experience for its students.
The continuous practice of this educational research
provides the foundation for the school improvement
process at MM/EC. These fundamental beliefs help
to fulfill the outcomes desired by the new
State of Michigan School Improvement Frameworks, the
North Central Association AdvancED Standards and the
Critical Friends Review process.
Mott Middle/Early College staff have been in-serviced
